By using HerbSession, you agree to these terms.

HerbSession provides software tools for dry herb vaporizer enthusiasts including session logging, temperature optimization, and botanical reference data.

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription processed through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed as described at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

HerbSession is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. HerbSession LLC makes no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy of data, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use of the app is at your own risk.

HerbSession LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. Continued use following any changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
